The Seminole Seminoles overwhelmed the visiting Lyman Greyhounds softball squad by a count of 9-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Seminoles meet the Lake Brantley Patriots (Altamonte Springs, FL) in a 7A District 3 challenge, on Thursday, March 5. Seminole will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Patriots go into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Hagerty (Oviedo, FL).

With the loss, Lyman moves to 2-2 on the season. The Greyhounds host Pine Ridge (Deltona, FL) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league outing on Thursday, March 5.
