The Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) softball routed the visiting Wiregrass Ranch Bulls (Wesley Chapel, FL), 6-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Academy of the Holy Names for a non-league outing on Friday, March 6. Mitchell will encounter a Jaguars team coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Clearwater Central Catholic (Clearwater, FL). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-2.

The Bulls (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Anclote (Holiday, FL). The Sharks go into the non-league test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Anclote was routed by Tarpon Springs (Tarpon Springs, FL), 23-1, in a league test.
