The West Marion Trojans crushed the host Perry Central Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 9-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 12-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Loyd Star for a non-league bout on Monday, April 3. West Marion will face a Hornets team coming off a 17-2 league win over East Marion (Columbia, MS). The Hornets record now stands at 14-4.
