The Seneca Valley Raiders softball team (Harmony, PA), was routed 5-2 in Monday's league bout with the visiting Hempfield Area Spartans (Greensburg, PA)

The Spartans (6-1) will now prepare for their bout against Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA). The Blue Devils go into the WPIAL 6A 1 bout with a 0-3 record. In their last bout, Mt. Lebanon was routed by Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA), 12-4, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA) in a WPIAL 6A 1 bout, on Wednesday, April 1. Seneca Valley will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Big Macs enter the contest with a 4-2 record after their 14-2 league win over Butler (Butler, PA).
