River Valley Panthers (Blairsville, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA), 12-5 in a league test.

With the win, River Valley upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Panthers host Homer-Center (Homer City, PA) to battle the Wildcats in a Heritage test on Monday, April 4. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-1. Homer-Center lost 12-7 in their recent league test against Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA)

With the defeat, Purchase Line falls to 0-1 on the season. The Red dragons host United (Armagh, PA) to battle the Lions in a Heritage test on Tuesday, April 5. The Lions come into the test with a record of 1-0.
