The Indians now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakeland for a Class 2 District 14 test on Monday, April 3. Osceola will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Liberal (Liberal, MO). The Vikings record now stands at 1-3.
With the defeat, Wheatland falls to 5-1 on the season. The Mules host New Bloomfield (New Bloomfield, MO) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, April 1. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-3. New Bloomfield lost 18-3 in their recent non-league test against Fatima (Westphalia, MO)
