In Monday's league challenge, the host Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Bishop Gorman Gaels.

The Eagles (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Basic (Henderson, NV). The Wolves come into the 4A - Sky challenge with a 11-8 record. In their last challenge, Basic lost by Boulder City (Boulder City, NV), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Gaels play the Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Bishop Gorman will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Skyhawks come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Foothill (Henderson, NV).
