In Tuesday's non-league test, the Leon Lions (Tallahassee, FL) softball squad overwhelmed the host Rickards Raiders (Tallahassee, FL), by a tally of 22-12.

Next, the Lions clash with the Lincoln Trojans (Tallahassee, FL) in a 5A District 2 test, on Thursday, April 2. Leon will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Trojans enter the contest with a 11-5 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Florida State University High School (Tallahassee, FL).

The Raiders now hold a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Wakulla Christian School for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 2. Rickards will face a Saints squad coming off a 24-10 non-league win over Bay (Panama City, FL). The Saints record now stands at 6-6.
