The Corner Yellow Jackets the visiting Curry Yellowjackets softball squad by a count of 7-4 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Yellow Jackets (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Bryant (Irvington, AL). The Hurricanes go into the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Bryant nudged Biloxi (Biloxi, MS), 21-9, in a non-league battle.
