The crowd at Friday's league test between the Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) and the visiting Azle Hornets (Azle, TX), saw Aledo's soccer squad triumph over Azle by a margin of 10-0.

The Bearcats now sport a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Rider for a 5A Region 1 District 5 test on Tuesday, March 8. Aledo will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Wichita Falls (Wichita Falls, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 13-7.

With the loss, Azle drops to 3-16 on the season. The Hornets host Brewer (Fort Worth, TX) to meet the Bears in a 5A Region 1 District 5 test on Tuesday, March 8. The Bears come into the test with a record of 7-10. Brewer lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Granbury (Granbury, TX)
