East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC), 6-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, East Gaston improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Warriors travel to Burns (Lawndale, NC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 8. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 2-0. Burns won 11-0 in their recent non-league match against West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC)
