In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting First Flight Nighthawks baseball squad scored a tight 9-3 triumph over the Perquimans County Pirates.

With the triumph, First Flight moves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Nighthawks host Camden County (Camden, NC) to confront the Bruins in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 10. The Bruins come into the match with a record of 2-1. Camden County won 5-1 in their recent non-league match against Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC)
