Nevada High School Volleyball - Spring Valley tips Cheyenne

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Spring Valley Grizzlies (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Cheyenne Desert Shields (North Las Vegas, NV), saw Spring Valley's volleyball squad nip Cheyenne by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Spring Valley upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Rancho (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 5. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Rancho lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Liberty (Henderson, NV)

The Desert Shields now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Legacy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 8. Cheyenne will play a Longhorns squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Del Sol (Las Vegas, NV). The Longhorns record now stands at 1-2.
