Alabama High School Softball - Lamar County nudges Gordo
March 5, 2022: Gordo, AL 35466 Lamar County Bulldogs (Vernon, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Gordo Green Wave (Gordo, AL), 15-14 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winfield for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 21.
With the loss, Gordo falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Green wave travel to Northside (Northport, AL) to battle the Rams in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 8. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
