March 5, 2024: Clarkston, GA 30021 The Clarkston Angoras soccer team scored 11 points and limited the visiting Miller Grove Wolverines to 1 in the Angoras league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Angoras face the Druid Hills Red Devils (Atlanta, GA) in a 4A Area 6 contest, on Thursday, March 7. Clarkston will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Red Devils enter the contest with a 5-2 record after their 6-2 league win over Stone Mountain (Stone Mountain, GA).
The Wolverines now have a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Stephenson for a 4A Area 6 contest on Thursday, March 7. Miller Grove will face a Jaguars team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Towers (Decatur, GA). The Jaguars record now stands at 6-3.
