Arkansas High School Softball - Union Christian Academy bounces Mountainburg
March 5, 2024: Fort Smith, AR 72904 Union Christian Academy Eagles (Fort Smith, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Mountainburg Dragons (Mountainburg, AR), 19-9 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Two Rivers for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 7. Union Christian Academy will battle a Gators squad coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Magazine (Magazine, AR). The Gators record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Mountainburg falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Dragons host Cedarville (Cedarville, AR) to battle the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 7. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Cedarville lost 10-2 in their recent league challenge against Greenland (Greenland, AR)
