In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Matanzas Pirates baseball team scored a nice 12-0 win over the Interlachen Rams.

The Pirates (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against University (Orange City, FL). The Titans enter the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, University prevailed over New Smyrna Beach (New Smyrna Beach, FL), 5-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Rams face the Lake Weir Hurricanes (Ocala, FL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 6. Interlachen will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Hurricanes enter the battle with a 3-9 record after their 8-2 non-league loss to Forest (Ocala, FL).
