The Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL) baseball trounced the visiting Lake Weir Hurricanes (Ocala, FL), 13-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Knights now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forest for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. Vanguard will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over West Port (Ocala, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-2.

With the defeat, Lake Weir drops to 0-7 on the year. The Hurricanes travel to Interlachen (Interlachen, FL) to clash with the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 6.
