California High School Volleyball - Piedmont routed by Alameda
March 6, 2024: Alameda, CA 94501 The Alameda Hornets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Piedmont Highlanders to 0 in the Hornets league victory on Wednesday.
The Hornets now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Leandro for a West Alameda County game on Friday, March 8. Alameda will meet a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 8-5.
The Highlanders (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA). The Dons enter the West Alameda County game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Arroyo was dropped by Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
