The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Grace Academy Lions (Matthews, NC) and the visiting Lake Norman Christian Lions (Davidson, NC), saw Grace Academy's baseball team gain a win over Lake Norman Christian by a tally of 14-4.

The Lions (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Union Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cardinals enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Union Academy was overwhelmed by Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC), 17-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Lions face the North Hills Christian Eagles (Salisbury, NC) in a NCISAA - Southern Piedmont battle, on Tuesday, March 11.
