California High School Baseball - Santiago nips Crean Lutheran
March 6, 2026: Corona, CA 92881 The Santiago Sharks (Corona, CA) baseball got by the visiting Crean Lutheran Saints (Irvine, CA), 5-4 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Sharks now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bonita for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 10. Santiago will encounter a Bearcats squad coming off a 9-8 non-league win over Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-3.
The Saints (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Pacifica (Garden Grove, CA). The Mariners enter the Freeway bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Pacifica was nudged by Villa Park (Villa Park, CA), 5-1, in a non-league bout.
