In Friday's non-league outing, the Xavier College Prep Gators (Phoenix, AZ) softball team routed the visiting Casteel Colts (Queen Creek, AZ), by a margin of 12-3.

The Gators now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chandler for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 10. Xavier College Prep will encounter a Wolves team coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ). The Wolves record now stands at 7-1.
