March 7, 2022: Concord, NC 28025 The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) and the host Concord Spiders (Concord, NC), saw Salisbury's soccer squad beat Concord by a count of 4-0.
The Hornets now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Southwestern Randolph for a non-league test on Thursday, March 10. Salisbury will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 3-3 non-league Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Concord drops to 1-2 on the season. The Spiders host Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to meet the Vikings in a South Piedmont 3A test on Friday, March 11. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 3-1. Central Cabarrus won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC)
