California High School Softball - Oxford Academy bounces Firebaugh
March 7, 2022: Cypress, CA 90630 Oxford Academy Patriots (Cypress, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Firebaugh Falcons (Lynwood, CA), 24-8 in a non-league challenge.
The Patriots now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Santa Ana for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 10. Oxford Academy will face a Saints squad coming off a 21-17 non-league loss to Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA). The Saints record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Firebaugh falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Lynwood (Lynwood, CA) to face the Knights in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 8. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
