Arkansas High School Softball - Marion loses to Riverside
March 7, 2024: Marion, AR 72364 The Riverside Rebels softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Marion Patriots to 2 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Riverside improves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Rebels travel to Buffalo Island Central (Monette, AR) to clash with the Mustangs in a 2A Region 3 game on Friday, March 8. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 1-1. Buffalo Island Central won 6-4 in their recent non-league game against West Memphis (West Memphis, AR)
In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Senatobia Warriors (Senatobia, MS) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 8. Marion will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 2-4 record after their 5-1 league loss to South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS).
