California High School Softball - Richmond bounces Making Waves Academy
March 8, 2023: Richmond, CA 94806 Richmond Oilers (Richmond, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Making Waves Academy Marlins (Richmond, CA), 21-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Oilers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Emery for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 20.
With the loss, Making Waves Academy falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Marlins travel to Head-Royce (Oakland, CA) to battle the Jayhawks in a Bay Counties - East challenge on Friday, March 10. The Jayhawks enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Head-Royce lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Deer Valley (Antioch, CA)
