The Needles Mustangs softball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Palo Verde Valley Yellow Jackets to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Needles moves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Eastmark (Mesa, AZ) to play the Firebirds in a non-league game on Friday, March 17. The Firebirds come into the game with a record of 6-4.
