With the win, Alba-Golden upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Panthers host North Hopkins (Sulphur Springs, TX) to battle the Panthers in a 2A Region III District 18 test on Tuesday, March 12. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-2. North Hopkins won 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Excel Christian Academy (Powderly, TX)
With the defeat, Fruitvale falls to 1-7 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Como-Pickton (Como, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 2A Region III District 18 test on Tuesday, March 12. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-7. Como-Pickton won 15-1 in their recent league test against Cumby (Cumby, TX)
