American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT) followers left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host Desert Oasis Diamondbacks (Las Vegas, NV), 8-7 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, American Fork moves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cavemen host Timpanogos (Orem, UT) to battle the Timberwolves in a non-league match on Friday, March 14. The Timberwolves come into the match with a record of 3-1.

The Diamondbacks now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Foothill for a 5A South - Desert match on Tuesday, March 11.
