The South Mecklenburg Sabres the host Watauga Pioneers baseball squad by a score of 10-7 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Sabres battle the Berry Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) in a So Meck 4A outing, on Tuesday, March 11. South Mecklenburg will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Cardinals come into the outing with a 2-4 record after their 16-4 non-league win over Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC).

The Pioneers (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The Blue Devils come into the non-league outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Mooresville by Reagan (Pfafftown, NC), 15-5, in a non-league outing.
