The Richlands Wildcats baseball team (Richlands, NC), was overwhelmed 16-4 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC)

The Blue Devils now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host North Duplin for a non-league outing on Friday, March 10. South Lenoir will face a Rebels team coming off a 11-4 non-league win over James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 4-0.

With the defeat, Richlands falls to 0-5 on the season. The Wildcats host Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC) to battle the Cardinals in a non-league test on Friday, March 10.
