The Matadors (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Schurr (Montebello, CA). The Spartans enter the Almont challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Schurr was dropped by Lakewood (Lakewood, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lancers encounter the St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Warriors (Downey, CA) in a Camino Real challenge, on Tuesday, March 12. Bishop Amat will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to St. Genevieve (Panorama City, CA).
