The Pamlico County Hurricanes (Bayboro, NC) baseball the host Jones Trojans (Trenton, NC), 5-0 in Friday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Hurricanes play the Northside - Pinetown Panthers (Pinetown, NC) in a Coastal Plains 1A/2A contest, on Tuesday, April 5. Pamlico County will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 9-3 record after their 14-2 league win over Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC).
