April 1, 2022: Bethlehem, PA 18017 Pocono Mountain East Cardinals (Swiftwater, PA) backers left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Bethlehem Catholic Hawks (Bethlehem, PA), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Cardinals battle the Western Wayne Wildcats (Lake Ariel, PA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 2. Pocono Mountain East will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Blue Ridge (New Milford, PA).
With the loss, Bethlehem Catholic drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hawks host Nazareth Area (Nazareth, PA) to battle the Blue Eagles in a Eastern Pennsylvania match on Monday, April 4.
