April 1, 2022: Conway, SC 29526 Conway Tigers (Conway, SC) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Sumter Fighting Gamecocks (Sumter, SC), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 4. Conway will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 7-0 league win over Georgetown (Georgetown, SC).
The Fighting Gamecocks now possess a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they host Crestwood for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 4. Sumter will confront a Knights team coming off a 7-2 league win over Lake City (Lake City, SC). The Knights record now stands at 5-1.
