California High School Baseball - Campolindo defeats Miramonte
April 1, 2023: Moraga, CA 94556 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Campolindo Cougars (Moraga, CA) and the visiting Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA), saw Campolindo's baseball squad knock off Miramonte by a count of 13-6.
Coming up next, the Cougars play the El Cerrito Gauchos (El Cerrito, CA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 5. Campolindo will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Gauchos enter the battle with a 6-5 record after their 18-1 league win over St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA).
The Matadors now possess a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Las Lomas for a battle on Tuesday, April 11. Miramonte will play a Knights squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Knights record now stands at 7-1.
