April 1, 2024: Butler, GA 31006 The Central Chargers baseball team (Macon, GA), was overwhelmed 12-2 in Monday's non-league outing with the host Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA)
The Vikings now hold a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shaw for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 3. Taylor County will confront a Raiders team coming off a 14-3 non-league loss to Valley (Valley, AL). The Raiders record now stands at 8-10.
Next, the Chargers confront the Kendrick Cherokees (Columbus, GA) in a 2A Area 2 outing, on Monday, April 8. Central will attempt to advance on its 1-16 season record. The Cherokees go into the outing with a 3-12 record after their 20-1 league loss to Rutland (Macon, GA).
