Illinois High School Softball - St. Joseph-Ogden bounces Bloomington Central Catholic
April 1, 2024: St. Joseph, IL 61873 The St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans routed the visiting Bloomington Central Catholic Saints softball squad by a final score of 14-2 in Monday's league battle.
The Spartans (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against Villa Grove (Villa Grove, IL). The Blue Devils go into the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Villa Grove notched a victory over Blue Ridge (Farmer City, IL), 11-0, in a league battle.
The Saints now possess a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Illinois Valley Central for a Illini Prairie battle on Wednesday, April 3.
