The Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA) softball nipped the host San Marin Mustangs (Novato, CA), 3-2 in Monday's league bout.

The Giants (9-3) will now prepare for their bout against San Rafael (San Rafael, CA). The Bulldogs go into the Marin County bout with a 7-2 record. In their last bout, San Rafael held off Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA), 6-0, in a league bout.
