In Tuesday's non-league test, the Sparkman Senators (Harvest, AL) softball squad overwhelmed the host Brewer Patriots (Somerville, AL), by a count of 15-1.

Next, the Senators meet the Meade County Green Waves (Brandenburg, KY) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 3. Sparkman will attempt to upgrade on its 22-7 season record. The Green Waves go into the test with a 5-1 record after their 10-2 non-league win over Mercy (Louisville, KY).

The Patriots (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Priceville (Priceville, AL). The Bulldogs go into the 5A Area 16 test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, Priceville was routed by Ardmore (Ardmore, AL), 17-15, in a league test.
