Michigan High School Softball - Caledonia sneaks past Hamilton
April 1, 2025: Caledonia, MI 49316 The Caledonia Fighting Scots softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Hamilton Hawkeyes to 7 in the Fighting Scots non-league win on Tuesday.
The Fighting Scots now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grandville for a Ottawa-Kent - Red battle on Tuesday, April 15. Caledonia will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 17-4 non-league loss to Unity Christian (Hudsonville, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Hamilton moves to 0-1 on the season. The Hawkeyes host Zeeland West (Zeeland, MI) to confront the Dux in a Ottawa-Kent - Blue battle on Tuesday, April 15. The Dux come into the battle with a record of 0-3. Zeeland West lost 13-3 in their recent non-league battle against Byron Center (Byron Center, MI)
