Texas High School Softball - Strawn bounces Ranger
April 1, 2025: Strawn, TX 76475 The Strawn Greyhounds softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Ranger Bulldogs to 0 in the Greyhounds league win on Tuesday.
The Greyhounds now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Azle Christian for a non-league battle on Friday, April 4. Strawn will confront a Fighting Crusaders team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Fellowship Academy (Kennedale, TX). The Fighting Crusaders record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Ranger moves to 0-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Huckabay (Stephenville, TX) to confront the Indians in a 2A Region II District 13 battle on Friday, April 4. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 1-4. Huckabay lost 11-0 in their recent non-league battle against Ponder (Ponder, TX)
