In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Clover Eagles baseball squad scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Westside Rams.

With the triumph, Clover moves its record to 9-6 on the season. The Eagles host York (York, SC) to confront the Cougars in a non-league match on Thursday, April 9. The Cougars come into the match with a record of 8-6. York won 15-4 in their recent league match against Dreher (Columbia, SC)

The Rams now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Emerald for a 4A Region 1 match on Monday, April 6. Westside will play a Vikings team coming off a 12-1 league loss to Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC). The Vikings record now stands at 6-9.
