Braxton County Eagles (Sutton, WV) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Poca The Dots (Poca, WV), 16-6 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Braxton County moves its record to 3-8 on the season. The Eagles host Ritchie County (Ellenboro, WV) to confront the Rebels in a Little Kanawha match on Saturday, April 12. The Rebels come into the match with a record of 2-7. Ritchie County lost 4-1 in their recent league battle against Tyler (Sistersville, WV)

Next, the The Dots face the Tolsia Rebels (Fort Gay, WV) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 12. Poca will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 2-8 record after their 20-1 non-league loss to Scott (Madison, WV).
