South Carolina High School Baseball - Eau Claire loses to Chester
April 10, 2025: Chester, SC 29706 Chester Cyclones (Chester, SC) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Eau Claire Shamrocks (Columbia, SC), 13-4 in a league match.
With the triumph, Chester advances its record to 9-4 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Lewisville (Richburg, SC) to battle the Lions in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 16. The Lions come into the match with a record of 16-4. Lewisville won 8-1 in their recent league match against Great Falls (Great Falls, SC)
The Shamrocks now have a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton for a 2A Region 3 match on Tuesday, April 22. Eau Claire will battle a Red Devils squad coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Laurens (Laurens, SC). The Red Devils record now stands at 11-6.
