New Jersey High School Softball - St. John-Vianney bounces Marlboro
April 10, 2025: Marlboro, NJ 07723 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ) and the host Marlboro Mustangs (Marlboro, NJ), observed St. John-Vianney's softball team prevail over Marlboro by a tally of 10-0.
The Lancers (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Red Bank Regional (Little Silver, NJ). The Bucs go into the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Red Bank Regional was routed by Trinity Hall (Tinton Falls, NJ), 12-11, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Monroe Township Falcons (Monroe Township, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 11. Marlboro will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Spotswood (Spotswood, NJ).
