The Grand Ledge Comets baseball squad (Grand Ledge, MI), was overwhelmed 8-4 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Dow Chargers (Midland, MI)

With the triumph, Dow moves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Chargers travel to Bay City Western (Auburn, MI) to confront the Warriors in a Saginaw Valley contest on Monday, April 13. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 2-0. Bay City Western won 8-5 in their recent non-league contest against Beal City (Mt. Pleasant, MI)

The Comets now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cadillac for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 11. Grand Ledge will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 4-3 league loss to Alpena (Alpena, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 0-3.
