In Friday's non-league game, the host Lone Grove Longhorns baseball team scored a close 7-6 win over the MacArthur Highlanders.

The Longhorns (20-2) will now prepare for their game against Community Christian (Norman, OK). The Royals go into the non-league game with a 15-4 record. In their last game, Community Christian was tipped by Purcell (Purcell, OK), 13-11, in a non-league game.

Next, the Highlanders play the Duncan Demons (Duncan, OK) in a 5A District 2 game, on Monday, April 13. MacArthur will attempt to improve on its 15-8 season record.
