Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles (Greensboro, NC) and the host T.W. Andrews Red Raiders (High Point, NC), saw Ben L. Smith's baseball squad beat T.W. Andrews by a margin of 12-8.

Coming up next, the Golden Eagles play the Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC) in a Mid-State 3A battle, on Tuesday, April 12. Ben L. Smith will attempt to better on its 3-11 season record. The Rams enter the battle with a 5-11 record after their 11-5 league win over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC).

The Red Raiders now sport a 4-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Reidsville for a Mid-State 2A battle on Tuesday, April 26.
