Elkhorn South Storm (Omaha, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Omaha Central Eagles (Omaha, NE), 16-2 in a league test.

With the win, Elkhorn South upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Storm host Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE) to battle the Junior Jays in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 12. The Junior Jays come into the test with a record of 12-2. Creighton Prep won 6-5 in their recent non-league test against Staley (Kansas City, MO)

With the defeat, Omaha Central falls to 5-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Omaha Northwest (Omaha, NE) to battle the Huskies in a A District 1 test on Tuesday, April 12. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 5-8. Omaha Northwest lost 14-8 in their recent non-league test against Roncalli Catholic (Omaha, NE)
